1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking and using VoxCube Studios' soundproof vocal booth rental services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be made in advance through our website or phone
• Payment is required at the time of booking or upon arrival
• Hourly rates are as listed on our website and subject to change
• Package deals are valid for the specified duration from purchase date

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 24+ hours before booking: Full refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours: 50% refund
• No-shows: No refund
• VoxCube reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances with full refund

4. Studio Usage Rules

• Arrive on time; late arrivals do not extend booking time
• Maximum occupancy must be respected for each booth type
• No food or beverages (except water) in recording booths
• Treat all equipment with care; damages may incur additional charges
• Follow staff instructions regarding equipment operation

5. Recording Rights

You retain all rights to content recorded at VoxCube Studios. We do not claim ownership of your recordings. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any material you record.

6. Liability

VoxCube Studios is not liable for:

• Loss or damage to personal equipment brought into the studio
• Technical failures beyond our reasonable control
• Loss of recorded data (clients should maintain backups)

7. Code of Conduct

Clients must behave respectfully toward staff and other clients. We reserve the right to terminate sessions without refund for disruptive behavior, violation of rules, or illegal activities.
